In this workshop you’ll learn how to take your abundance of zucchini and turn it into a delicious relish to use on burgers, hot dogs, charcuterie, anything really! And how to water-bath can it to be shelf stable. You’ll get to take home a jar to enjoy!  To be picked up the next day at our farm stand.
