This is a special workshop of Yin Yoga and Sound Bathing with Ruth Shaw and Ellee Hellier (Sound Healer & Shamanic Practitioner), to unplug for an evening of deep relaxation, restorative rest, sound healing and release.
It will begin with a gentle session of Yin Yoga, a slow paced passive style of yoga that allows the body time to unwind and space to open and rest in the stillness of a few simple, effortless poses. With the focus on slow, meditative breathing, Yin Yoga is the perfect segue to the amazing healing power of Sound Bathing.
During the sound bath you will be immersed you in the soothing, sounds, vibrations and harmonics of the calming, rhythmic tones of crystal singing bowls, chimes, rattles, drums and vocals creating instant tranquility.
As these sounds wash over and through you, their vibrations effortlessly transform the nervous system, easing the mind/body into a nourishing state of deep rest and relaxation.
