As part of the Lilac Festival there is a Victorian Tea (Mad Hatter’s Tea Party)with cucumber and cream cheese sandwiches, cupcakes and cookies as well as tea. It takes place at the gazebo on the Millennium Lilac Trail. $2.00 per person.
