On Saturday February 14 there will be a special heart opening & compassion building yoga class. This practice focuses on nervous system regulation and compassion building for yourself and others, underpinned by the perspective that LOVE (and patience, curiosity, openness) are skills we can build.
This class is partnered with KOK Cafe, so if you attend this class you get to follow it up with a free coffee, tea, or Valentines day cookie just a few doors down!
