Includes a morning gentle yoga class, catered lunch from Dashmaawaan Bemaadzinjin (Nourishing rice bowls with roasted veg and the option to add salmon), customize your own body oil with Melissa from Sundays Company and a sound meditation. The day will be led by Jamie Smiliovitis and Amanda Montgomery. Bring: Yoga mat, water bottle, comfy clothes you can move freely in.
