- Stick and Puck is a drop-in recreational skate for parents and guardians to help children practice and develop skating, stick handling and passing skills in a non-competitive environment.
- Parents/guardians must accompany their children on the ice, wearing skates and a CSA-certified hockey helmet.
- A CSA-certified hockey helmet with an attached face mask/cage is required for children.
- Children must have a hockey stick.
- Hockey nets are provided.
- Strollers are not allowed on the ice during Stick and Puck.
