A class for those who have never done yoga or wish to refresh their yoga practice.
All levels are welcome. Mats, blocks and towels are provided. Due to the smaller size of the class structure (6-8 participants), you can expect to receive adequate support and adjustments, should you want this. All group classes end with a brief sound bath and moment of silent meditation.
