All levels are welcome. Mats, blocks and towels are provided. Due to the smaller size of the class structure (6-8 participants), you can expect to receive adequate support and adjustments, should you want this. All group classes end with a brief sound bath and moment of silent meditation.

5 Class Pass – $125 (25/class, to be used within 90 days)
10 Class Pass – $230 (23.00/class, to be used within 6 months)
20 Class Pass – $400 ($20.00/class, to be used within 1 year)
