Donations of vintage, semi-precious and costume jewels are being collected now. The Grannies will clean, restore, repair those treasures that lurk in treasure chests, are hidden in boxes, or lie neglected in plastic bags under the bed. They will even put new batteries into old watches. The Grannies are always most grateful for donations, including handbags, belts, and scarves.
Previously loved adornments may be left with the Warkworth and Campbellford libraries or we will be delighted to arrange a pickup. Normally held in Warkworth with the help of many Warkworth Grannies, the venue this year is at St John’s United Church in Campbellford.
