– explore the flavours of chocolate through a guided, mindful tasting of single origin chocolate bars.
– learn about the history, botany and geography of this incredible food.
– design and create your own chocolate bar from start to finish. This begins with painting the molds and ends when you apply your own customized flavour label. Yyou will make 3 fully-customized bars. And you be adding inclusions to the chocolate!
