The Back to Basics/Intro to Yoga class, now happens on the FIRST Saturday of each month at 9 am (select Hatha for booking). These classes are designed to walk you through common yoga poses from the ground up. While every class at All Paths Yoga is for all levels, these Back to Basics classes are great for the person who has never practiced before, or for the long-time student of yoga who is looking to slow down and review for correct form, posture and alignment. You can expect an environment of respect and support, no matter how familiar you are with yoga.
