There will be two free yoga classes, as well as one free group sound bath. You can sign up ahead of time by visiting allpathsyoga.com, or you can email Jay and he will be happy to do it for you allpathsforward@gmail.com, or answer any questions you may have. There is a yoga class at 9 am and a yoga class at noon. The sound bath is at 11 am.
All Paths Yoga is a space for people to easily access yoga practice and care, where you can drop in, experience the practice, and leave everything on the mat. Mats, blocks, and towels are provided for every class, making it easy for you to show up and receive. Small class sizes allow you access to personal support and adjustments as needed, with a teacher who is focused on aiding you in your experience.
