5Rhythms movement practice offers us a map to remembering and expressing our innate creativity. Through our time together, we will explore our relationship to creative process (a.k.a. the process of living). We will investigate how we are with different stages of creation: beginnings, middles, and endings. We will dance until our Muses are moved, our souls are stirred, and our bodies shine with the sweat of our dancing devotion. Let’s become students of the creative process; collaborators with Life, mystery, and motion. This workshop will be led by Sasha Padron and Layah Jane.
