Therapeutic yoga with a focus on stability and body alignment. Suggested payment between $10 and $20. Bring your mat and blanket. Classes will be held in Mill Creek Park as long as it is not raining and the temperature stays warm enough, otherwise the class will be at the Town Hall for the Performing Arts.
