SUMMARY:Yoga and Movement Experience (for the love of pets)
DESCRIPTION:What better way to ease yourself into the week than to join in 
 a beautiful yoga practice as we flow through the stories behind the differ
 ent animal poses with Kate Ward.\nDid you know that there is an Asana (bod
 y posture) for many animals you recognize? Kate will incorporate each with
  a story\, starting with the smallest of our animal friends flowing up to 
 the gods of the animal kingdom.\nWe will share the Spring evening’s prac
 tice in a beautiful &amp\; intimate barn space overlooking the Percy Creek
  in Warkworth.\n*Please bring your own yoga mat and water*\nWHEN: Sunday A
 pril 28th at 7pm\nWHERE: Barn at the Mews - 27 Main St. Warkworth (Behind 
 the Village Pantry)\nCOST: $20 pp with all proceeds to The Martha Fund &am

 E: Kate completed her YTT 200hr training in 2023 under the guidance of Nir
 mana Yoga Studio. Kate’s yoga practices are a unique style of mindful mo
 vements along with a specific theme for contemplation. She truly believes 
 that yoga is for everyone\, encourages you to flow in a way that feels bes
 t for you and to focus on opening your heart and quieting the mind. Kate k
 nows first hand the impact of donations to animals in need as she had a 8 
 year long career in animal welfare. She is so excited to share the love of
  yoga in support of our furry friends!\nSpecial thanks to Anant Singh for 
 donating the use of this beautiful space so that 100% of the proceeds can
