You will be learning how to make chicken stock and pressure can it to be shelf stable. You will take home a 4 L jar of chicken broth to be picked up anytime Wednesday or after at your own convenience during store hours of Pizza by the Bakery.  Workshop led by Windy Hills Homestead.  Location of workshop is Pizza by the Bakery.

Workshop is $75 per person. $25 non-refundable deposit e-transfered to to secure your spot , remainder of the balance is paid cash on day of workshop.  Register using the link below.
