DESCRIPTION:Are you or someone you know dealing with grief? The holidays ar
 e a challenging time to navigate when you are experiencing the grieving pr
 ocess. On Wednesday November 13 at 5pm\, your Warkworth Library will be ho
 sting "Acknowledging Grief: Getting Ready to Approach the Holidays" a work
 shop led by Amanda Meunier\, who holds a Grief Support Certificate from Ce
 ntennial College. This talk-based group workshop will focus on self-care a
 nd strategies to acknowledge your grief and how it may be affected by the 
 holiday season. It's free to attend\, with a suggested donation of non-per
 ishable items for the Fare Share Food Bank. To register your spot(s) pleas
