Do you want to learn more about yourself? This is a self-awareness group that will include topics such as: Boundaries, Self-Esteem, Forgiveness, Self-Sabotage, Gratitude, etc.
Space is limited, everyone is welcome. It will run for eight weeks, excluding Oct 1st and 8th.
